"Nibong Cafe is a lovely blend of a traditional steakhouse and a chic eatery serving a nice array of Malay fusion and kampong style food. For the first visit, it is essential to try at least one of their signature beef steaks. We recommend the Wagyu Ribeye, which we had: a truly classic rendition, done (medium well) to juicy and flavourful perfection!!! Other must try accompanying main entrees and shared platters include the Fried Meehoon with a whole deep-fried flower crab (a delicious carb protein combo with a lighter touch), as well as Hokkaido Fried Rice (a tasty fusion fried rice with nice wok hei without the heavy oily drench). Also recommended is the Nusantara style seafood gado gado which was delectable as a shared platter (generously portioned for a 3 to 4 pax group). 5-stars for exceptional table and waitering service, and for the clean, bright and family friendly dining ambience."

"We Went there because we saw their tiktok. We were intrigued so we decided to check it out.We took Lemang with chicken rendang, Ikan Asam Pedas, cucur udang and "one pot rice" if I'm not mistaken.I will mention that only 20% of the menu if Malay food so don't have any idea what the western food tastes like. The Lemang with chicken rendang was spectacular. The chicken rendang was just superb and I usually don't eat Lemang but I ate so many because of this. The Ikan Asam Pedas was also really nice. The gravy was the best. Sour, sweet and spicy perfectly combined. For us,the quality of the fish could be better. Portions are very big Our regret was the cucur udang. We were already full from the Ikan Asam Pedas and the portion of the cucur udang was REALLY big, and it was too oily for us.The kuah kacang though was just amazing, from all of the kuah kacang I've had this is in the top 5. The one pot rice was also okay but would not take again. The satay was really good especially with the kuah kacang and the pandan chicken was good but the fried rice was quite bland. Also, they gave fried chicken to pair with it but I think they shouldve gave ayam rendang as it will go very well. The atmosphere and overall place is really REALLY nice.It has that semi-fine dining feel while still being cozy. The service was really good. The staff were really acceptive while listening to our review and feedback. Overall, a really nice place.Would definitely come again and maybe to try the western food and would recommend this place to others . Keep up the great work"

"Very new.. Opened just a month ago. Walked in and was seriously impressed with the spacious and homey layout. Service was very warm and friendly by the all malay staff. Food arrived within 10 mins. The menu is limited but food is delicious.. Must try the cucur udang as well as the duck pasta. Note the prices are quite high for a malay restaurant but it's worth the visit. Upstairs is a private area with a large TV available for karaoke or to have a private booking session for a corporate event. Parking is spacious with space for about 4 cars at the porch."

"Food was delicious and the restaurant vibe was cozy. It’s on the pricier side. For the food that I ordered, the price was okay as the portion was big. But to charge sky juice for RM2.60, I think it’s a bit too much."

"I would like to say the atmosphere inside and outside of the restaurant is amazing. Very calm and peaceful. The food is good but not amazing. The portion justify the price that they are charging. The rendang was tasteful and beef is tender. Surely will come again and try the smoked duck spaghetti which i saw in the reviews was amazing with malaysian kick seasoning. The Maharaja Nasi Goreng was good but my suggestion will be to replace the ready mate chicken into something more fresh. The pandan chicken and satay that come with the nasi goreng was excellent. Moving on the wagyu, it was cooked to my intent which was medium well. The steak has good flavour but I still prefer Menate seasoning over this. The side dishes could be more versatile and flavorful. Overall it is a solid 8/10 for me. I also recommend that kid’s menu should be implemented here. Hopefully the owner can read my comment and make some changes to their menu. Food - 7.5/10 Environment - 10/10 Service - 9/10 (foods and drinks was prepared fast and consistent)"
